Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line & Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This dual role requires a passionate individual who can manage food preparation duties and execute menu items according to our established recipes and standards during service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
Operate various kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the culinary management team.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and ensuring all storage areas are organized.
Monitor inventory and report necessary supplies to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.

Job requirements
Proven experience as a prep cook or line cook.
Knowledge of health and safety rules in the kitchen.
Manual dexterity is able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
A team player with good communication skills.
Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure.
