Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Beverage Manager for our brand new restaurant at Værnedamsvej! We’re aiming to be the best Middle Eastern bistro in town and need the best people to help us reach this goal.
You will be supervising, coordinating, and handling our extensive and unique wine selection and drink assortments. The Beverage Manager is responsible for educating the staff both theoretically and practically about wine and drinks. As a team player, the manager takes part in all service procedures:
  • Supervise daily service and FOH team in the restaurant, with a focus on drinks preparation and communication.
  • Responsible for LEVANTIN's appearance, reputation, and standards alongside the Restaurant Manager.
  • Ensure the quality of the servings (wines, cocktails, coffee, and dishes) before they reach the guests.
  • Participate in managing and training the FOH team.
  • Educate the team about wine and beverages.
  • Contribute creatively to shaping the drinks menu (to some extent).
  • Acquire and utilize managerial tools based on our data-driven operations.
  • Oversee the work of your team and estimate their workload.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Foster a work climate of cooperation and respect among team members.

Work hours are mainly evenings and weekends.

    • Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Experience in budget & KPI management.

    The position will start as part-time during September and intensify as we get closer to opening day in October.
