Job description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Assistant Restaurant Manager for our brand new restaurant at Værnedamsvej! We’re aiming to be the best Middle Eastern bistro in town and need the best people to help us reach this goal.
You will be supervising, coordinating, and handling the daily service of FOH. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Restaurant Manager and leads in various tasks:
  • Supervise daily service and FOH team in the restaurant.
  • Responsible for LEVANTIN's appearance, reputation, and standards alongside the Restaurant Manager.
  • Ensure the quality of the servings (wines, cocktails, and dishes) before they reach the guests.
  • Participate in hiring, managing, and training the FOH team.
  • Acquire and utilize managerial tools based on our data-driven operations.
  • Oversee the work of your team and estimate their workload.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Foster a work climate of cooperation and respect among team members.
Work hours are mainly evenings and weekends.

    The position will start as part-time during September and intensify as we get closer to opening day in October.
