Job description

As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team by monitoring sales data, procurement, inventory, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Your insights and analysis will help management make informed decisions to drive the company's growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

  • Assist in analyzing procurement data to optimize purchasing decisions and achieve savings of 180 tDKK in the first year.

  • Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations to reduce inventory by 200 tDKK in the first year.

  • Develop and maintain KPI reports to track performance against targets and support strategic planning.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support management in making informed decisions.

  • Create a leaner business by cutting suppliers and products where expendable.

Job requirements

  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

  • Entry-level understanding of Power BI for data visualization and analysis.

  • Currently studying finance at a minimum of year 2 or having similar experience.

  • Analytical skills to analyze data and provide meaningful insights.

  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data monitoring and reporting.

  • Effective in communicating with all stakeholders.

  • Time management skills to balance work and studies effectively.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams/departments.
