Job description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de partie to help lead our culinary team. This pivotal role demands an experienced chef with a deep understanding of food preparation and kitchen management, capable of executing menu items to the highest standards and driving culinary excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire kitchen operation, ensuring seamless food service and exceptional quality.

  • Manage kitchen workflows, inventory, and budgeting to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with management to align culinary strategies with the overall vision of the restaurant.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as a prep cook or line cook.

  • Knowledge of health and safety rules in the kitchen.

  • Manual dexterity is able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.

  • A team player with good communication skills.

  • Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure.
