Head Chef at Levantin

Levantin is a Middle Eastern bistro on Værnedamsvej, the street locals call "Little Paris". We are a celebration of the warm, local and vibrant hospitality that runs through both the Levantine kitchen and the classic bistro: bread pulled fresh from the oven, mezze built around the season, live fire, and a wine list to match.

In under two years we have become one of the neighbourhood's most talked-about openings - nominated Best at the Price 2025 by Byens Bedste (Berlingske), named in The Nordic Nomad's best new restaurants, reviewed by Politiken and Berlingske, and rated 4.8/5 by our guests.

Now we are looking for a Head Chef to take the kitchen forward: someone who can run a tight, high-quality operation and bring their own ideas to the plate. This is a role with real ownership - you lead the team, shape the menu alongside management, and set the standard for everything that leaves the pass.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily kitchen operation and consistent quality

• Develop the menu with management

• Lead/train/mentor the team

• Own food cost, purchasing, suppliers, inventory and budget

• Uphold HACCP

• Partner with front of house
